Burke Street Properties LLC is a locally owned company that buys houses directly from homeowners in Charleston, Berkeley, and Dorchester counties. We have been doing this since 2021 and have purchased hundreds of homes.

The company is owned by Peter Kouten. Burke Street Properties purchases, rehabs, and then sells houses at a profit. Peter is a licensed South Carolina real estate agent whose license is held with Carolina One Real Estate.
